The climb is considered a non-technical climb because the iron rungs have already been placed. It would be unhikable without the rungs. The climb is considered more "mental" than "physical" because of the sheer 100 foot plus drop-offs. The hike is 1.8 miles round trip, however much of that 1.8 miles is straight up.
