Views of the bridge
Autumn in Somesville, Maine
Somesville was the first permanent rtown on Mount Desert Island. The town was established in 1761 by 22 year old Abraham Somes.
Almost all of the buildings in town are at least 100 years old and clapboard white.
I love this picture of a distant Chuck and Andrea on the bridge with the bridge reflected in the water.
Joel and Bri
The bridge is on the West side of Somes Sound.
We stopped at this scenic footbridge on our way to find a light house.
Rainy but still picturesque.
Me in my Moose Sweatshirt.
Mom and me.
Hands in the pocket is not a good look for me but it was cold and raining.
